Merging Windows Updates

I have about 80 .msu files which are windows updates. Is there a way to merge them together into one executable file?

the problem with mergin the updates is the check of dependency files and unistallation, so It would not be advisable to merge updates if it is possible.
Do you want to merge the files to make deployment of PCs faster?
